1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Velis. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. This applies to unopened, unused packages in original condition.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return Velis if:

• The package is unopened and unused
• It is still in its original, undamaged packaging
• You request the return within 14 days of delivery
• The product is not faulty or defective (you can still return for your own reasons)

You cannot return Velis if:

• The package has been opened or the capsules are missing
• The packaging is damaged or tampered with
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery
• You exceed the return request deadline

3. How to Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and an address where to send your package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the unopened Velis package securely and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using tracked delivery so you have proof of shipment.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund of £24.99 to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are credited to your original payment method (the courier who delivered the package, if you paid by card at delivery). Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the return package. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

5. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed but before it ships, contact us immediately. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched and refund your payment in full. Once the package has shipped, it must be returned using the process outlined above.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Velis arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, regardless of the 14-day window. Return shipping will be prepaid.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Standard return shipping is your responsibility and cost. We will not reimburse return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or your order not arriving). For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used packages cannot be accepted for return due to food safety regulations. This is a legal requirement for food supplements and cannot be waived.

9. International Returns

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Returns must be sent from within the UK using standard postal services.
